6 Rules to the best sleep of your life

How to get BEST SLEEP??

Life no. 1 goal is to give your 100% in every thing what you do. If you want to sleep get very good sleep. if you do not get a enough and good sleep your soul might be want to do that work but your body will not listen to it so good sleep is very important to be a successful person. Never underestimate power of good night`s  rest. Sleep is also a very good meditation if it done correctly.
when we come to how to get a good sleep there are few rules which you should follow every night to maximize the quality of your resting meditation. 

How to practice a good sleep

By considering following rules you will be able to get a very good night`s sleep. We begin before phase 2-3 hrs before you fall a sleep that called golden phase of your sleep. 

RULE 1. 

Finish your Exercises


Finishing your exercises before golden phase begin is first and very important rule to get a good sleep. Doing exercise before this golden phase begin pulled your inhaled oxygen toward your lungs and muscles so that you can breath deeper and longer that can help satisfy your muscles. Quality sleep is all about brain oxygenation not body oxygenation.Oxygenation happen your breaths are shorter and your lungs do not do that much work. 

RULE 2.

Finishing your food before golden this rule also very important step to get a good sleep. Having food before this golden phase begin pulled your inhaled oxygen toward digestive system so that you can breath deeper and longer that can help satisfy your muscles. Quality sleep is all about brain oxygenation not body oxygenation. Oxygenation happen your breaths are shorter and your lungs do not do that much work. 


RULE 3.

Temperature

                                   

You fall a sleep when your body temperature is 2-3 degree lower than  normal temperature and your body is colder than usually is normally. if your heating up your body before bed time by taking bath with warm water can affect your sleep very badly that`s why you should avoid exercises and taking bath with warm water just before your bed time. the way of taking bath before sleep is keep water lukewarm just slighter hotter than room temperature than can help you to feel cleanly and sleepy as well. 

RULE 4.

Lights

                         

Your body feel sleep or awake based on the amount of lights entering through your eyes. so keep your phone away and turn off the lights or any brighter screens can ruin your sleep very badly so set alarm and put your phone away.

RULE 5.

Golden Phase Activities

                              

The final day activity gives impact on your thought process. By doing this activity you can affect your sub conscious mind so try to gain some positive thought than can help in your career growth and life growth the question is how you can do this ? By reading books, no phone no tv shows try to reading books and gain something positive and it will help you to sleep is you are not a big reader try to listen post cast that can help you as much as books or you can listen music which should be soft and slow.

RULE 6.

Sleep Meditation 

                           

This is the moment when you are on your bed and all activity lead up to this moment. If you have followed every rules correctly it should not be difficult to fall a sleep but if some struggle with their sleep this rule will help them out. Just put your hand on just below your chest line and second hand below the hand and just focus on your breath. Try to add some chanting process say any two syllable word within your mind and say the words do not much focus on that just relax and let it be in background of you mind. Try not to think about next day task and not to think about good or bad moment of the previous day just think the comfort the surrounds you. feel the comfort of the bed ,how your body relax is, the peace in the room , the darkness  of peace of your room, if you feel like it, switch up to comfortable position. Sleep will meet you when you are stay in present moment not any where else. Let the chant manipulate your breath and do not focus on it.
